SURFACE CLEANING

WINDOW CLEANING
Your windows are the eyes to your home. Guardian Pro Wash uses a Pure Water System to clean the exterior of the glass leaving a streak free finish. The term Pure Water in window cleaning describes ordinary tap water that has been filtered through a purifying filter system. This removes natural minerals from the water including Calcium which is the main cause of white spots on the window when they dry. Guardian uses the newest technology through a water fed pole system fitted with a boars hair brush to clean and polish even the dirtiest windows without the use of harsh chemicals. We also use a water-fed window screen cleaner to finish the process.
GUTTER CLEANING
This service is one of the most important services we offer. Having clean gutters insures that your roof system, structure, and foundation have a maximum lifespan. Guardian Pro Wash offers gutter cleaning to ensure proper flow, gutter brightening to enhance appearance and remove streaking along with gutter downspout guards to assist in protection from clogging, back flow and damage to the facia or eaves. DECK & FENCE STAINING
Guardian Pro Wash has the knowledge and skills necessary using a (8) step process to breath life back into your deck or fence . We clean using a soft wash process mixed with the right chemicals for each individual project. Wood is porous substance and the wrong method of using overly high pressure can damage the fibers causing unnatural patterns and premature aging. This process typically takes multiple days. Guardian ensures the wood is cleaned, whitened, and thoroughly dry before applying any sealants to maximize the final result and longevity of the finished product.
